On the Layout or Paper/Quality tab, click the Advanced button to open the Advanced Options
dialog box.

From the Print in Grayscale drop-down list, select Black Ink Only, and then click OK.
Move printer
To prevent printer damage or ink leaks, follow these instructions.
If you are moving the printer within your home or office, keep the printhead cover closed and the printer
horizontal.
To move the printer to a different location outside of your home or office, refer to the instructions in the inbox
manual provided with the printer
