Parameter refers to the letter “P” which all commands must begin with (For example, PA12).

Row refers to a group of display aligned together, each letter represents a row: A, B. Monitor

refers to a display in each row: 1, 2. Enter the number in order as it appears in the layout,

left-to-right, beginning with Row A. The number represents the computer connected to a

port# on the GCMS1922

Scenario 1

To key in a layout, enter “P” followed by “A” and a number for each display. If you have two

displays in one row, type

PA12[Enter]

. The monitor 1 and 2 are fixed on the left and right in

a row monitor layout.

To key in a layout, enter “P” followed by “A” and a number for each display. If you have two

displays in one row, type

PA21[Enter]

. The monitor 1 and 2 are fixed on the right and left in

a row monitor layout.

displays in each row, type

. The monitor 1 and 2 are fixed on the top and

bottom in a tier monitor layout.
