(2) Set frequency (RAM) (D9141)

The frequency set to the RAM is read to D9141. The unit is 0.01Hz.
(For example, 6000 indicates 60.00Hz.)
When the speed is set, the speed is either 1r/min or 0.1r/min.

The following program reads the set frequency (RAM) to D0.
