Configure a RAS
port to dial out 1. Open the Remote Access Setup dialog box. (See

.) Then select the port and click Configure.
2. Select either the Dial out only or the Dial out and
Receive calls option, and click OK.
Manage RAS
incoming ports 1. From the Start menu, select Programs, then

Make a RAS
outgoing call 1. From the Start menu, select Programs, then
Accessories, and then Dial-Up Networking.
2. If the phonebook is empty, create a new RAS
phonebook entry. (For information, see the RAS
online help.)
3. Select a phonebook entry and click the Dial button.
