Service and repair should be performed by only Lincoln Electric factory trained personnel.

TEST DESCRIPTION
This procedure will magnetize the exciter pole pieces. The exciter can then “build-up”
when the engine is started.
MATERIALS NEEDED
12-volt battery
Two jumper wires with alligator clips on each end
