ODES
This appendix describes the error codes that appear on the library’s LCD (liquid crystal display). LCD error
codes do not reflect tape drive errors.
CAUTION
Library components can be replaced only by Plasmon approved
service providers. If you cannot find an obstruction or other obvious
cause for a problem, contact your service provider. Unless you have a
self-maintenance contract, do not attempt to replace any components.
If you do, you void your warranty.
For detailed information about SCSI error conditions, refer to the Plasmon V15 SCSI Reference.
CAUTION
Some corrective actions advise you to reset the library. Before
resetting, make sure there is no SCSI activity on any connected SCSI
bus, so you do not disrupt communications.
