[Hot Plug permission]
Specifies whether Hot-Plug is enabled or not, for
each of the target components.
Target components: CELL, PCIDBAY, PCIEBAY,
PCI(X) card, and PCI-Ex card
The 8Way model has no PCIDBAY or PCIEBAY
settings.
The 32Way(H) and ISPF require PCI(X) card and
PCI-Ex card settings.
