PERIOD_TIM

Period scan time in msec.

With synchronous operation, a multiple of 2 will be accepted.

PERIOD_REA

Period real scan time in msec (example 10 = 10
msec). This is the period that has been accepted
by the DGF.
With PERIOD_MODE at 2 this is equal to
PERIOD_TIM

With PERIOD_MODE at 1 this is a multiple of
2 of PERIOD_TIM(rounded up)

AB_RESALL

Enable reset alarms

This parameter selects the source that determines the end of the alert status (transition
Alert-Ready). Possible values are the following:

0 =

transition enabled via DGF serial line S-LINK3,
drive keypad or field bus

1 =

transition through drive alarm reset

2 =

transition via digital input of the optional I/O
card. In case 0, the transition is performed by
writing the parameter WSTATO[506]. In case
1, the DGF exits from the Alert status
automatically when the alarm status on the drive
is reset. In case 2 the DGF exits from the Alert
status by using the digital input of the optional
I/O card.

AB_RUN

Transitions READY - RUN and RUN - READY

It determines the conditions for READ Y-RUN and RUN - READY transition.

Possible values are:
0 =

only the transition via serial line S-LINK3 or
field bus is active

1 =

only the automatic transition with drive enable/
disable is active

2 =

transition via digital input of I/O optional card

(see also “AUTO-RUN” [508]).

Status of the DGF

This parameter displays the status of the card. If it is written, it allows changing the
DGF status.
