Pressing the button beneath the Back softkey causes the Main Menu (initial screen) to reappear. To choose any of the selections, press the button
beneath the desired softkey selection.

The selected operation is applied and the appropriate menu is displayed.

 Online/Offline Selection

The ONLINE/OFFLINE selection is primarily used to change the operating state of the PowerVault 136T LTO Library after startup, before
shutdown, or before diagnostic operations.
ONLINE/OFFLINE is selected from the Main Menu (initial screen) by following the procedure.

Step 1 Press the button beneath the ONLINE/OFFLINE softkey location.
The PowerVault 136T LTO Library changes from either OFFLINE to ONLINE state or ONLINE to OFFLINE state. This group of menus is

 Status Menu Selection

The Status Menu is primarily used to provide various static and dynamic operating statistics. Status is selected from the Main Menu (initial screen)
by following this procedure.

Step 1 Press the button beneath the Status softkey from the Main Menu.
The Status Menu appears. This menu offers four selections. See

Figure 8

.

To choose one of the four selections, follow the step.

Step 2 Press the button beneath the desired softkey.

If the button beneath the Library softkey is pressed, the

Library Submenu

is displayed.

l

If the button beneath the Drives softkey is pressed, the

Drives Dialog

is displayed.

l

If the button beneath the Logs softkey is pressed, the

Logs Submenu

is displayed.

l

If the button beneath the Back softkey is pressed, the

Main Menu Selection

is displayed.

Library Submenu

When Library is selected, the Library Submenu is displayed. See

Figure 9

. This is a collection of specific library status options. This submenu

offers four selections.
