Step 2 Press the button beneath the desired softkey.

l

If the button beneath the OK softkey is pressed, the values of the fields are accepted and the get/put operation executes

l

If the button beneath the Yes/No softkey is pressed, the value of the current field is toggled.

l

If the button beneath the Next softkey is pressed, the first field in the list is made the active field.

l

If the button beneath the Cancel softkey is pressed, the

Fingers Submenu

is displayed.

 Step Dialog

When Step is selected, the Step Dialog is displayed. See

Figure 95

. This option is a collection of routines to manipulate the open/close and

reach/retract in incremental steps.

To choose one of the two selections, follow the step.

Step 1 Press the button beneath the desired softkey.

If the button beneath the OK softkey is pressed, the follow on dialog is displayed. Refer to

Figure 96

.

NOTE: This is an advanced diagnostic tool that is not intended for use during normal operation.

If the button beneath the Cancel softkey is pressed, the

Fingers Submenu

is displayed.

To choose one of the three selections, follow the step.

Step 2 Press the button beneath the desired softkey.

If the button beneath the Open/Close softkey is pressed, the gripper fingers toggle between open and closed and the screen updates to
reflect the state.

l

If the button beneath the Extend/Retract softkey is pressed, the gripper fingers toggle between extended and retracted and the screen
updates to reflect the state.

l

If the button beneath the Cancel softkey is pressed, the

Fingers Submenu

is displayed.

 Scanner Dialog

When Scanner is selected, the Scanner Dialog is displayed. Refer to

Figure 97

. This option triggers the barcode scanner and reads the label
