firmware file This selection allows the user to select or browse to find the
firmware upgrade file.
Update
Firmware When this button is clicked, the upgrade firmware process is
started.

The Diagnostics files tab displays the library command error log, library error log, or RMU error log. The
fields and values that are associated with this tab are indicated below.
Select the file to
retrieve
This selection allows the user to choose which log to retrieve.
Retrieve selected
files
After selecting the log, click on this button to retrieve the log file.
