Hayes-compatible binary format (default) or
ASCII format (selectable by ConfigurACE), e.g.:

6 Reports modem data pump model and internal
code revision. Example:

ERROR Otherwise.
+GMI - Request Manufacturer Identification
This command causes the modem to report the modem product manufacturer.

This command causes the modem to report CONEXANT ACF identification. The
response cannot be modified using ConfigurACE.
