(1) Install the power module to the chassis
Connecting an AC power cable
1. Plug the power cable into the power receptacle of the power module.
2. Use a cable tie to secure the power cable to the cable management bracket.

Figure 23 shows how to connect the power cable for a vertical slot switch (S10508, S10508-V,
and S10512).

Figure 24 shows how to connect the power cable for a horizontal slot switch (S10504).
3. Plug the other end of the power cable to the AC power receptacle of the power source and switch
on the circuit breaker.
4. Verify the power module input status LED.
