The printer images the constant text, line, and box fields,
but does not print them.
2. Input data for each field, and send it with a batch update
with a quantity of zero. When the printer receives the
data, it immediately images the field, but does not print it.
Your file should look like this:

At this time, the printer is imaging all associated fields,
including fields that copy from other fields.
3. Repeat step 2 for each field except the last one.
