Thermostat – Hi-Limit (Figure 49)

The Hi-Limit Thermostat is a 250VAC, 3-Pole,
manual-reset thermostat with a trip point of 572ºF
(300°C). The Thermostat, which interrupts power
to the Heater Element, should never operate during
normal operation.

To replace a defective Hi-Limit Thermostat:
1. Ensure “Cool Down” process is completed (“Cool

Down” message will disappear upon completion)
and unplug the oven.

2. Remove Right Side Panel.

3. Pull back insulation where necessary.

4. Disconnect the Wiring Harness from the

Hi-Limit Thermostat.

5. Replace defective thermostat with P/N 102075.

6. Reconnect Wiring Harness.

7. Reset insulation and reattach Right Side Panel.
