Control unit failure
Incorrect programming of control unit, starting contact

reversed

Motor pump does not start in

either Automatic or Manual

mode

Battery discharged or with reduced capacity, power the

panel and charge the batteries. Disconnect the power

supply, read the voltage value and compare it one hour

later. The voltage should remain above 12V.

Motor pump does not start in

either Automatic or Manual

mode

Check the battery voltage during the start-up stage. Check

the battery charge.

It does not start in automatic

mode from the level switch

control

Check the level switch connection and remove any jumper.

It does not start in automatic

mode from the pressure switch

control

Check the pressure switch status, connection and contacts.

The start command is generated when the contact

between the terminals is open.

The motor pump does not start

from any of the controls or it

starts only from one of the two

batteries.

If the batteries are efficient and no attempt is made to

start, check the starting relays.

The motor pump does not stop

when the STOP button is pressed

KA1 relay faulty
Failure of the electric stop device located on the engine
Control unit failure
The engine pick-up is disconnected or damaged

When the engine is running, the

starting motor remains on

Control unit failure
The engine pick-up is disconnected or damaged
The control unit revolution counter is not properly

calibrated

The motor pump does not stop

from the key-operated control

The KA1 relay for electric stop device control is faulty:

request spare part

Electric stop device faulty : request spare part
If an emergency start was made, the motor pump must be

stopped by operating the stop lever, otherwise check the

operation of the electric stop device.

The control unit display shows

AUTO operation even when the

position of the selector switch is

changed

Control unit failure
Selector switch contact connections loose or disconnected:

check the connections (refer to enclosed wiring diagram)

The control unit display does not

show the engine revolutions

Control unit failure
The engine pick-up is disconnected or damaged

The heater does not work

Check the electrical connection
Check the QU2 fuse in the control panel

7. DISPOSAL

The control unit and panel contain electrical components; observe the regulations locally in

force regarding sorted waste disposal.
