The function of this screen is to view the information programmed on the tool preamp
EEPROM.

THe PREamp EEPROM DATa screen displays the information written to the
EEPROM mounted in the tool preamp connector housing. THIs data is written to the
EEPROM
during manufacturing and includes all pertinent information regarding
the tool.

Eight columns of data are displayed as follows:
SPD NO.
Spindle number assigned in the Axis module
TOOL TYPE TOol model number
CAL [KGM] Calibration value in Kilogram Meters
CAL [V]
Calibration difference voltage (difference between Zero voltage and
Calibration voltage)
ZERO [V] Zero level voltage
GEAR RATIO TRansmission gear ratio
SERVO TYPE Axis 203, Axis 205 or Axis 210
SERIAL NO.
Actual tool serial number

7.11.3 sCREEN OPERATIOn

SCrolling the screen is required if more than 16 spindles are in the machine
configuration. TO scroll, move the cursor on the menu bar to the [UP] [DOWN]
position and depress the
[↵]
key.

TO print out the preamp EEPROM data, move the cursor on the menu bar to [PRINT]
and depress the
[↵]
key.
