3. Edit the mailroom information, as necessary, and then click OK to save
the changes. (Clicking Cancel will cancel the changes.) You are
returned to the Mailrooms list window.
Deleting a
Mailroom Note: Package Track will not delete a mailroom if it is active in the sys-
tem. A mailroom is considered active if it is part of a package record.
If you try to delete a mailroom that is being used by the system, the follow-
ing dialog appears, telling you that this mailroom cannot be deleted:
Click OK to return to the Mailrooms list window.
A mailroom entry is deleted from the Mailrooms list window.
1. To delete a mailroom from the database, select the Entry you wish to
delete in the Mailrooms list window. Click the Delete button along the
bottom of this window.
2. A dialog box appears asking you to confirm the deletion.
