If this screen does not appear, your batch registration is not set prop-
erly. We recommend calling IntelliTrack technical support at
888.583.3008, option 6 for help with your batch registration configura-
tion.
Installing Package Track on the Handheld
Device
Before you can begin transferring Package Track data from your handheld
device, you must install the Package Track application on your handheld
device. Once you have setup Remote Data Access and verified that your
IIS dependencies are setup and functioning properly, you are ready to
install the batch application on the portable device. Follow the instructions
found in this section to install the batch portable application on the hand-
held device.

From the workstation application, tap File > Synchronize With Hand-
held; the DMS Batch Synchronization Utility appears.
