Exiting Package Track

You are able to exit the Package Track application on the desktop computer
in the following ways:

1.

Select File > Exit from the menu bar.

2.

Click the Windows Close Icon in the upper right hand corner of the
window.

3.

Click the Exit button in lower left hand corner (navigation menu area)
of the main window.

4.

Press the <Esc> key on your keyboard.

Note: It is a good idea to close the Package Track application before
shutting down your computer.

Technical Support

If you need extra assistance with the Package Track application, we offer
one free technical support incident with your software purchase. Addi-
tional support may be purchased on a single incident basis or a yearly
basis. IntelliTrack offers technical support via the website, or the tele-
phone. For more information about IntelliTrack technical support services,

To reach our website, open your web browser and type

www.intellitrack.net

in the Address Field. The IntelliTrack home page appears. Click the Sup-
port Link
found along the top of the page. The IntelliTrack Software Sup-
port page appears. You will find information about the support services we
offer.

To request support via email, click in the Request Support Hyperlink/
Click Here found underneath the North America/Latin American/Carib-
bean section of the page. The Request Support page appears. Fill in the
Required Form Fields, and then click the Submit button. Your request
will be sent to our technical support department for processing.
