measurement channel. See the example below.
Example :MEASure:SOURce1 CH1
:MEASure:FALL?
Selects Channel 1 as the source, and then measures
the fall time.
:MEASure:PWIDth
Description Returns the first positive pulse width.
Syntax :MEASure:PWIDth?

Commands :MEASure:SOURce<X>
Return parameter <NR3> Returns the positive pulse width.
Chan Off Indicates the source channel is not
activated.

:MEASure:NWIDth
Description Returns the first negative pulse width timing.
Syntax :MEASure:NWIDth?
