Manager components

XP Command View Advanced Edition has the following components:

Command Line Interface

(CLI). The Device Manager CLI enables you to perform client

operations by issuing commands from the system command-line prompt.

Table 1-1 describes the functions supported by Device Manager CLI for each storage
subsystem. The meaning of Y, N, and -- in Table 1-1 is as follows:

Y: The function is supported.

--: The function is not present in the storage subsystem.

N: The function is present in the storage subsystem, but is not supported by Device
Manager CLI.
