Programming speed-dial codes from the
software

Using this procedure, you can use the software to program up to 225
speed-dial codes with fax numbers you use often. If the product is
directly connected to your computer using a parallel cable and the
computer has a compatible e-mail program, you can also program
speed-dial codes that contain e-mail addresses.

Speed-dial codes can be assigned to any 225 of the 250 total codes,
and fax numbers (or e-mail addresses) you associate with speed-dial
codes 1-10 will also be associated with the corresponding one-touch
key. After you assign speed-dial codes using this procedure, the
codes are downloaded to and stored in the product. Assigning codes
using this procedure in no way affects the PC Fax Phone Books.
