To enable and define bill codes from the software
1 Open the JetSuite software and click the Configure icon.
2 If you have not yet enabled billing codes at the control panel, click
the Modify device configuration settings on your HP LaserJet
3150 icon. On the Fax tab, select the Billing Codes check box,
click OK, and click the Configure icon again.
3 Click the Modify settings for sending faxes to and receiving faxes
from your PC icon.
4 Click the Billing Codes tab.
5 Do one of the following:
• To create a new billing code: Click New. In the Description
field, type a description, and in the Billing Code field type a
1-, 2-, or 3-digit code. Then, click OK.
• To edit an existing billing code: In the Code/Description box,
select a code and click Edit. Change either or both the
Description and Billing Code fields and click OK.
• To delete an existing billing code: In the Code/Description
box, select a code and click Delete. Click Yes to confirm.
6 Click OK.
