7.3.2 RX Report
This report provides a record of reception jobs, including the document number, starting date and time of the
reception, required time, sender's name, mode, number of sent pages and transmission result. The machine
is set to print this report after every 50 reception jobs. This report can be printed manually by touching [Print
Lists].
% Press the [Utility/Counter] key, and then touch [Print Lists], then [RX Report].

With software switch settings, the machine can be set so that lists can be printed only by the
administrator and so that registered destinations are not displayed in the reports. For details, refer to
the User’s Guide [Network Administrator].
