8.2 User Settings
8.2.1 Displaying the User Settings screen
To display the User Settings screen, press the [Utility/Counter] key in the control panel, and then touch [User
Settings] in the screen that appeared.

[One-Touch/Box Reg.] and [Print Lists] may not appear if the software switch settings have been set so
that only the administrator can register destinations and print lists. For details on specifying the
software switch settings, refer to the User's Guide [Network Administrator].
8.2.2 System Settings - Language Selection
The language used in screens and reports can be specified.
8.2.3 Display Settings - Default Screen
The first screen that is displayed before the machine is operated is called the standby screen. The screen
displayed for the standby screen can be selected. (Default: Copy)
- Copy: The Copy mode screen is displayed.
- Fax/Scan: The Fax/Scan mode screen is displayed.

If the optional fax kit has not been installed, [E-Mail] appears instead of [Fax/Scan].
