If an LDAP server has been registered to be searched, an address registered on the LDAP server can
be registered as a one-touch destination. Select whether or not the LDAP server can be searched.
– If "ON" is selected, the LDAP server is accessed, the address to be registered is searched for, and
then continue with step 6. For details on performing the search, refer to
"LDAP Search" on
page 4-14 .
– If "OFF" is selected, continue with step 6.

Type in the name of the recipient to be registered with the one-touch dial button, and then touch [Next].
– The recipient name can contain a maximum of 24 characters.

Select the communication mode, and then touch [Next].

Specify the appropriate settings for the selected communication mode.

Check the information to be registered, and then touch [OK].
– To change a setting, touch [ ↑] or [↓] until the appropriate screen is displayed.
– A secondary recipient can also be registered, depending on the selected communication mode.
