8.7 One-Touch/Box Reg. - Bulletin
The procedures for registering bulletin boards and specifying their settings are described below. In order to
register a document on a bulletin board, the bulletin board must be set up in advance. The following
procedure describes how to set up a bulletin board.

This parameter does not appear if the optional fax kit has not been installed.
Flow for registering bulletin boards

Press the [Utility/Counter] key in the control panel.

Touch [One-Touch/Box Reg.].
– [One-Touch/Box Reg.] and [Print Lists] may not appear if the software switch settings have been set
so that only the administrator can register destinations and print lists. For details on specifying the
software switch settings, refer to the User's Guide [Network Administrator].

Touch [Bulletin].

Touch the button for the number of the bulletin board to be set up.
