Touch [Comm. List] to check the communication result in the form of
Scan TX List, Fax TX List, and Fax RX List.
Touch the button for the desired report below “Report Types”, select
“Output Limit”, and then press the [Start] key to print the selected report.
Touch [Detail] to check detailed information about the job.
For broadcasting transmissions, “Broadcast” is displayed in the destina-
tion. The detailed information of the job can be verified by selecting the
job from the list and touching [Details].

Items Description
User Name The user name is displayed during user authentication and the account
name is displayed during account management. In other cases, registra-
tion sources such as COPY, PRINT, and FAX-RX etc. are displayed.
Document Name The received and saved original name is displayed.
Time Stored The time when the original was received is displayed. The time is dis-
played as hours and minute for the current day, and it is displayed as the
month and day for other days.
Org. The number of pages received is displayed.
Result The reception result (Job Complete, Deleted by User, Deleted Due to Er-
ror etc.) is displayed.
