10.25 Specifying the function related to private branch ex-
change (PBX Connection Setting)
The connection methods of PBX telephone lines are set.
PBX Connection Setting: (Outside line number setting)/No*

Set outside line number, when PBX connection mode is [ON].
The outside line number is a number to connect to outside line as 0 of 0
sending.
When fax number registered in Program destination and Address Book is
set in ISD, outside line number set here is dialed before the registered tel-
ephone number.
* is a default value at the time of procurement.

Display the Administrator Settings screen as described in “Displaying
Administrator Settings screen” on page 10-4.

Touch [Fax Settings].
– Some items may not be displayed according to setting options.
– In the Utility mode, the number displayed on button can be entered
and selected on the keypad. For [Fax settings], enter [8] on the key-
pad.
