Select the item to be changed, change the contents on displayed
screen and then touch [OK].

For details on respective setup items, refer to “Registering the fax
number in Address Book” on page 9-5.

The registration number cannot be changed from the Edit screen.

Check the changed contents and then touch [OK].

Touch [Cancel] to discontinue the change.

Touch [Close].

To continue changes return to Procedure 4.

Touch [Close] until it returns to Fax/Scan screen.
Deleting Address Book destinations
Follow the procedure given below to delete destination from the Address
Book.
0 If a destination is deleted, it is also deleted from the Group destinations
and Program destinations that are using the deleted destination.

Display Create One-Touch Destination screen.

Touch [Address Book (Public)].
–
In the Utility mode, the number displayed on button can be entered
and selected on the keypad. For [Address Book (Public)], enter [1]
on the keypad.
