Touch the button for the item you wish to check, and check the setting
details. The following 4 types of settings can be checked for fax trans-
missions.
– [Check E-mail Settings] cannot be used in Fax mode.
– [Destination Settings]: The destination can be confirmed. The des-
tination you wish to confirm is selected from the list and the desti-
nation details confirmed by touching [Details].
– If the [Delete] is touched, the selected destination is deleted.
– It is possible to register directly entered destinations by touching
[Store Address]. For details, refer to “Registering the fax number in
Address Book” on page 9-5.
– [Check Scan Settings]: The scanning settings can be checked.
Touching each setting on the screen displays the corresponding
scanning setting, enabling you to alter settings.
– To display the next screen, touch [Forward →] and to display the
previous screen, touch [← Back].
