9.5 Changing the destination level (Apply Levels/Groups
to Destinations)
Apply Levels/Groups to Destinations
This function is used for information security to specify specific destination
information so that only a specific person can access. It can be used in con-
junction with user authentication and information on the destination level that
matches the specified user level can be accessed.
The [Apply Levels/Groups to Destinations] in [One-Touch/User Box Registra-
tion] levels can be changed within the level permitted in the [Apply Levels/
Groups to Destinations] in [User Authentication/Account Track].

Level settings can be set from “Level 0 (Low)” - “Level 5 (High)” and can
be changed only to Level 0, Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 for users who are
permitted up to Level 3.
