Touch [Advanced Search].
– If multiple LDAP servers are registered, a screen for selecting a
server appears. From the list, select the server to be searched, and
then touch [OK].
– If settings have been specified for authenticating when connecting
to the server, a logon screen appears.

Specify the search conditions, and then touch [Start Search].
– Touch [Name], [E-mail Addr.], [Fax Number], [Last Name], [First
Name], [City], [Company Name] or [Department], type in the condi-
tion, using the keyboard that appears, and then touch [OK].
– Touch [OR], and then select the keyword search condition in the
screen that appears.
The corresponding addresses on the specified LDAP server are
searched for.

Select the desired address in the list, and then touch [OK].
The destination is specified.
