Sending a fax after setting the Frame Erase

Press [Fax/Scan] key to display the Fax/Scan screen.

Load the original.
– For details on loading originals, refer to “Loading the original” on
page 2-7.

Touch the buttons in order of [Scan Settings], [Erase].

Touch [Frame Erase].

Select [Top], [Left], [Frame: Right], [Bottom], [Frame] and set the
respective erase values.
– When a frame on a specify position is not to be erased, touch the
button of the desired frame and then touch [None]. When [None] is
to be cancelled, press the keypad or [+] button and specify the
erase quantity.
– Touch [No] to cancel the frame erase settings.
