11.12 Confidential RX Report
Confidential RX Report is printed automatically when there is a confidential
reception.
ON/OFF can be set in [Confidential RX Report] of the Utility mode.
Destination: Any of the following is described.

Destination name when destination name is registered in Address Book.
- Recipient’s telephone number
Start Time: Describes the start time of the communication.
Time: Describes the time required for communication.
Prints: Describes the number of sheets sent.
Result:
OK: Described when communication is terminated normally.
S-OK: Described when communication has stopped.
PW-OFF: Described when operation power switch was turned OFF during
communication.
TEL: Described when there is telephone call.
NG: Described when there is communication error.
Cont: Described when there is a transmission error and that there is tran-
sition to resend wait mode (Error page redial).
No Ans: Described when there is no response from the recipient.
Busy: Described when communication is not possible as the recipient’s
line is busy.
M-Full: Described when it is not possible to receive a fax when the fax file
memory becomes full during reception.
