the selection as a new layer to the Layer
Stackup.
New run . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Clears the Layer Stackup, opens the
FilmPicker.vi window, adds the selection as
a new layer to the Layer Stackup, and
increments the Run number.
Pause/Resume . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Changes the Pause button to Resume and
changes the background of the Sycon STM
Instrument Interface pane to red. Pauses
data logging and graphing until Resume is
clicked.
ZERO TIMER . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Resets the timer on the Sycon STM
Instrument Interface pane.
ZERO FILM THK . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Resets Film Thickness or Film Mass.
