Create the Auto Mode Simulation Rungs
Rungs 2:11 through 2:14 simulate a sequential process. This is for
example purposes only.
Rung 2:11 sets a variable N30:8 to 1 when an Auto mode restart
occurs. This sets up a station status reset in the next rung.
