7.3 Configuration Properties (NCIs)
This section describes the configuration properties (NCIs).
If an NCI has a corresponding parameter in the drive, it is written to with the value of
the NCI at the following times:
• When the NCI is updated from the network
• When the node is brought online
• When power is cycled to the drive
• When the drive is faulted and the error is reset from the LonWorks module.

Parameter Value Out
Definition: network output SNVT_count nvoParam
Explanation: Used as feedback variable for generic parameter requests. See
nciParRdAddress (section 7.3).
Send Heartbeat
Definition: network input config SNVT_time_sec nciSndHrtBt
Explanation: Provides the maximum time between propagates (update of
value to network) for the variable nvoDrvSpeed. This NCI is
overridden by nciMinOutTm. If nciMinOutTm is longer, nothing
will be output, even if nciSndHrtBt has timed out.
Range: Same as Receive Heartbeat?
Default: 0.0 (Disabled)
Receive Heartbeat
Definition: network input config SNVT_time_sec nciRcvHrtBt
Explanation: Selects the maximum time that can elapse between updates of
the input network variable nviDrvSpeedStpt before a fault is
reported to the drive. The drive will handle the fault as specified
by parameter P.062.
The fault can be reset only from the LonWorks module. Set
nviObjRequest to RQ_CLEAR_ALARM
Range: 0.0 (Disabled) to 6,5553.4 seconds
Default: 0.0 (Disabled)
