This chapter contains information for troubleshooting the LonWorks module and
network.

9.1

Understanding the Status Indicators on the Module

The LonWorks module has four status indicators. See figure 9.1.

Sections 9.1.1 through 9.1.4 describe what the state of each status indicator means.
Note that if all status indicators are off, the module is not receiving power. Refer to
chapter 3 for installation instructions.

ATTENTION: Checking the status indicators on the LonWorks module
requires power be applied to the drive and the network while the cover
is off of the drive. The user is responsible for ensuring safe conditions
for operating personnel. Failure to observe this precaution could result
in severe bodily injury or loss of life.
