loose power cable Check the hard-disk drive configuration settings in

System Setup program . Reinstall the hard-
disk drive. Check the interface cable and power
cable connections to the backplane board.

faulty battery Remove the plug from the ISA_CLR jumper. See

by system Install a correct version of the microprocessor in
the specified microprocessor connector.
