Save or delete a historical printout report on WACS
WACS saves Acuity System patients’ printout reports for a period of time configured by
your system administrator or until the WACS disk is nearly full.
Designated WACS nurse managers can mark a report to indicate the following requests:
• Save the report beyond the typical retention period.
• Permanently delete the report within 15 minutes of marking.
Deleted reports cannot be recovered.
To save or permanently delete a printout report on WACS
1. Along the top of any WACS page, click Home. Click Web Server, and then click the
Patient Data tab.
The Patient List page appears.
2. Click anywhere in a patient’s row.
The Patient Reports page appears.
3. Save or delete a printout report on WACS.
• To save a report: Click in the report row.
If you decide that you do not want to save the report, click .
• To mark a report for permanent deletion within 15 minutes: Click in the
report row.
If you decide within a few minutes that you do not want to delete the report,
click .
