Alarms shown in Alarm History page

All of a patient’s most recent Acuity System alarms, including
arrhythmia events that have been deleted from Acuity System
review windows and printouts.

These types of alarms can be listed in the Alarm History page
without ever having appeared on the mobile device as an
alarm:

Alarm types not configured in the WACS Clinician Notifier
Configure Notification page to be delivered to mobile
devices

Low-level arrhythmia alarms (as set at Acuity System) are
not delivered to mobile devices running Clinician Notifier.

Short-duration alarms (shorter than the alarm delivery
holdoff variable in WACS Configure Notification page) are
not delivered to mobile devices running Clinician Notifier

Higher priority alarms that occur when another alarm is
suspended, but the new alarm does not interrupt the
suspend period because it is neither a lethal arrhythmia
nor an apnea alarm.

Lower priority alarms that occur while another alarm is
asserting or suspended

Multiple listings for the same alarm if the alarm’s popup
is replaced by another alarm that later ceases. The
original alarm is still active after the popup ceases.

Number of alarms per patient stored in the page

Default: 25 alarms
Configurable 25-200 alarms

Length of time alarm histories are shown after
disconnection from Acuity System

Default 96 hours
Configurable: 1-96 hours, but no longer than the Acuity
System Full Disclosure license period
