Specify alarm history retention by the Clinician Notifier program
In the Alarm History Screen (Patient) and Recent Alarms Screen sections of the Configure
Notification window, you can specify these configurations:
Each patient’s Alarm History screen:
•
Number of alarm events to retain for each patient
•
Number of hours to retain alarm events. The Full Disclosure period licensed for the
associated Acuity System determines the highest number available.
A unit’s Recent Alarms screen:
•
Total number of recent alarm events to retain
•
Number of minutes to retain recent alarm events
To specify alarm history retention by the Clinician Notifier program
1.
Hover your pointer over a field in the row that you are configuring.
The range of acceptable values appears.
2.
In the New Value column, type a number within the acceptable range.
3.
If you have completed all configurations in the Configure Notification page, take these
steps:
a.
Click Save Changes.
Your changes are saved.
