Noncommunication with the WACS server: Server IP address required

If you attempt to start the Clinician Notifier program on a mobile device, and the following
page remains on the device, it is usually because the device is not communicating with
the WACS server.

To determine the cause of the communication problem

1.

Rule out these causes, in the order indicated.

a.

Move the mobile device into the WACS server area to rule out roaming.

b.

Confirm that the mobile device radio is turned on.

c.

Perform a soft reset of the device, according to the device manufacturer’s
instructions. Attempt to restart the Clinician Notifier program.

2.

If the Update page remains, tap Update.

The Server IP Address page appears.
