At any time during the audio tests, when one of the push buttons is pressed, the
corresponding beep is also played on the output jack.
System ACE Test
This test begins when “4" is selected from the BIST Main Menu. It checks the functionality
of the SYSACE controller interface.
System ACE Test Procedure
1.
After you selected “4" in the BIST Main Menu, the program checks if there is a
Compact Flash or Microdrive in the System ACE socket. If it finds one, you will see the
response shown in
. Otherwise, it will just say “Querying formatted
memory device… FAILURE!”.
Note:
If a Compact Flash or Microdrive is inserted in the socket, make sure that it does not contain
an FPGA configuration file; otherwise, the FPGA will be reconfigured and the BIST will be terminated.
