BEFORE CLEANING THE MACHINE, UNPLUG IT
FROM SOCKET OUTLET
The
machine
surfaces
and
covers
can
be
cleaned
with
a
damp,
soft cloth and a mild soap.
Remove
lint
and
fluff
from
exposed
parts
and
with
a
lint
brush
,
which is an accessory ofyour machine, clean these parts:
•
Take-up leverand thread guides.
•
Presser bar and needle bar.
•
Bobbin case and needle plate area.
Note:
Do
NOT
remove
the
positioning
plate
(A).
If
area
under
positioning
plate
needs
cleaning,
take
your
machine to an authorized Singer Service Center.
YOUR
MACHINE
MUST
BE
PERIODICALLY
CHECKED
BY
YOUR
LOCAL
SINGER
AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER FOR WEAR.
