4.1.5.4 Set counter status
The "Set counter status" function sets the counter to any value. The value is stated in the
user program. The module transfers the value and continues counting from this counter
status.

4.1.5.5 Monitor limit value
The module's output O0 is switched when a limit value is reached. The status of the output
("0" or "1") is defined with a polarity bit.
The function must first be activated via an enable bit.
