When the menu is displayed, the default circuit priority (normal) is
displayed. All other parameter fields are either empty (--) or
undefined.

The parameters on the Add Circuit Menu are listed in Table 4-2 .
Certain additional commands appear on the Add Circuit Menu
when a circuit type of Backup or Dial-Backup is chosen. These
additional parameters are detailed in
