NOTE:
When preparing for installation, make sure the total height of the switches to be installed is no higher than
the height of the rack, and reserve enough clearance for cable routing.
Installing the cable management brackets
This section separately describes how to install the cable management brackets on S9508E-V switches
and switches of other models.
Installing the cable management brackets on the S9508E-V
The S9508E-V has an upper cable management bracket and a lower cable management bracket. They
are installed in the same way.
To install a cable management bracket:
1. Attach the cable management bracket to the chassis, and align the screw holes on the cable
management bracket with the screw holes on the chassis, as shown in
Figure 21 .
2. Screw in the M4 screws with a screwdriver, and fasten the screws.
